Just curious what happened that you need a header pipe ?

Awhile back I needed to replace a oem part on my DR650. I found a motorcycle salvage parts site on the internet. You fill out the form and your part request goes to several hundred salvage dealers. I had a couple responses in less than 24 hours - had my part in under 10 days. Paid less than half of new cost. Not sure I still have the site bookmarked, I'll try to find it.
Sometimes see DR650 headpipes on EBay, if it's a Buy it Now option, you could get it pretty quick.

I use them all the time, big multi line dealer in omaha ne. even if they have to order the part in you will have it in a week. my two cents.
