Many of you are familiar with the Head 2 Holt rides of 2007. http://www.head2holt.com These were started by Rusty of http://www.motorcyclecloseouts.com to give local riders a fun ride event twice a month (every other Sunday). I rode several of the Sundays and really enjoyed it. It is fun to see all kinds of riders and bike genres come together and hang out over some eats. Several small group rides would then ensue.
The destination had been Holt, MO, but both food joints closed down. So right now the discussion is going on to determine the next location. So if you'd like to be heard and voice an opinion, get in now.

Personally, I'd like to see a destination that would more easily involve our Lawrence and Topeka based riders. I posted my thoughts to the group already.
