Lawrence to Atchison this Sunday. Ride starts at 9 am at Burger King located on North Second st., right next to the Turnpike ( I-70) in Lawrence. Any dual sport bike is welcome with the pace being medium to medium fast depending on who shows up. The ride will be mostly rock with some dirt and a few miles of asphalt when we have to. Lunch in Atchison. Ride time will take about 6 hrs not counting lunch. Plenty of places to cut out if you don't have the time or desire to ride that long.

Argh! I'm missing some great rides and some great weather! (But, my new little girl is worth it.)
We have a lot of "new" members and so I'm sure not every one knows David H. If you can be at the Lawrence Burger King in the morning to meet David for this ride, I highly recommend it! David knows these backroads very well, and he leads a wonderful ride on the best roads in the area. I always enjoy his rides.
