"Canoe to work" day/ Missouri 340

One of my brothers has this yearly thing, to sponsor an early morning canoe ride from Argosy to Berkley park, 6-7:30 am + loading&getting the truck back. Week of August 11th, assuming its not too high (was this week but its not safe now). Could well be the 12th and we would aim to paddle into Berkley park as gate crashers as the 340 race starts. 300+ boaters putting in then. Rain and river level permitting.
