This would appear to work on most motos. Concern would be that the frame extends below the swingarm pivot so as to protect the zerks.
The KTM RFS bikes use two needle bearing on each side of the swingarm with a small gap between eache pair. Pushing grease into the gap would force the old greaase out and take contaminants with it.
