2007 CHABOCHIS MOTO RALLY

This is one ride you won´t want to miss... it´s the 5th edition of the infamous motorcycle travelers and adventurers meeting in Creel Chihuahua Mexico, right in the heart of the Copper Canyon! yup, the 2007 Chabochis Moto Rally is coming! :D

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In an effort to be able to manage a standard rate and serve our needs better, the VM has coughed up a special offer, so when you log on to their site, and go through their online reservation page, be sure to enter the code CHABOCHIS in order to get the special rates:

CABINS
- $29.99 USD + Tax rate per night, per person, per bed. On all cabins which are occupied to capacity.
This means that if you are travelling solo, and wish to take advantage of this special price, you have to share sleeping quarters. Please be sure you make this clear while booking your stay.
If you do not wish to share your cabin, you will be charged accordingly, depending on the size of the cabin and the number of beds in it.

CABIN DISTRIBUTION AND AVAILABILITY
10 "A" Cabins / 2 Full size beds each
8 "B" Cabins / 2 Full size beds & 2 bunk beds each
2 "E" Cabins / 2 Full size beds each
2 Suites / 2 Full size beds & 1 Sofa (pull out bed) each

CAMPING
- $6.00 USD + Tax per night per tent for campers
This of course includes the use of all shower and rest room facilities.

MEALS
Breakfast $8.00
Supper $10.00
Dinner $10.00
Parrillada dinner on the 16th is included with registration fee.

REGISTRATION
We will have on site registration only this year.
Registration fee will be $35.00 USD ($400 Pesos) and includes the following
- A cool T-Shirt
- Parrillada Dinner
- Quality day ride sheets, along with detailed maps
- Guided rides, on the road and off road, all day, every day
- An off road motorcycle handling skills clinic
- Raffle ticket
- Access to all presentations and slide shows

So there... if you´ve been waiting to ride the CC, this is your chance, every year some 140 riders cross into Mex from the US and Canada, through most of the main border crossigs in TX, NM and AZ, and it´s common to see riders meeting at the border.
Ride your thumper, cruiser, or your touring bike, the CC has it all, from fabulous twisties to 100´s of miles of unreal dirt roads and trails... :D

I'm drooling! Thanks for posting this information. I hope some of our riders can get down there to experience this event and report back to us. I will not be able to attend this year, but I can start planning for next year....that is if I can get my passport problems figured out.
