Ride through Mexico June 3rd

Have you ever been interested in riding through Mexico or just curious to hear about someone who has? At the next TAR get together, Jeff (ADV Bingo43), will be there to answer any questions about his next planned trip to Mexico in June 2015. At the link below, Jeff has posted an invitation to anybody who might be interested in joining his group. There is also a link to a really interesting ride report from his last trip to Mexico.

As you can see from the ride report, riding through Mexico is a once in a lifetime experience. Depending on my work situation, I'm seriously considering the opportunity.

For anybody who would like to participate in a short, pre-ride we will meet in the parking lot at 5:00...otherwise 6:45.

What: My daughter's boyfriend just purchased this bar/grill and he has guaranteed us the best wings! They have a great patio area . There is some really good riding in the area so we will plan a dual sport ride for those who can make it earlier.

My maps show highway 8 as Colbern road. Appears to be at Lake Lotawanna, just east of 7 on Colbern.
Hopefully the pre ride is Vstrom friendly.
