Great customer service

Post by allkidd »

It may sound like I own stock in this company but I wanted to put in a plug for customer service above and beyond the call of duty.

A couple years ago I purchased a used 2008 KTM. When I bought the bike it already had a very used Enduro Engineering after market seat. One bolt holds the seat onto the bike and recently the nut, which is pressed into the seat, became stripped. I couldn't get the nut out and emailed Enduro Engineering for assistance. They immediately replied back that it is difficult to get out but if I sent it to them they would do the repair. The seat sells new for about $140, so I figured with shipping and repair it would cost me $30 to $40...well worth it. I put a note in with the seat with my return address and a message to let me know what I owe. They repaired the seat and shipped it back to me the day they received it and sent me an email with the tracking number. Thinking that I could probably pay with paypal, I replied back asking what I owe. To my surprise, they said that I didn't owe anything! I'm thinking, "they repaired my seat and I don't owe anything'?

My package arrived in just a couple of days. I opened the package and realized that they didn't repair my old, used seat but instead, gave me a brand new one! I told them that I'm a customer for life and will for sure go to them next time I need something they carry!

Anymore, when I have to call customer service for something, I feel good if I just get to talk with an English speaking agent, any results are a bonus, and results way above expected, like with Enduro Engineering, has to be shared!

I've always had great customer service from EE. If a product was not exactly what it should be I was told that and told what my options were. Unbelievable honesty. No weasel words. This is totally unlike my experience with corporate America. I would add that I have put all of their products that I purchased to the extreme test and they are highly recommended. They work. Great guys to deal with.

I have also had the same customer service from Sicass Racing. Lighting kits arrive with wires tagged telling you where that particular connector plugs into your stock harness. That is way beyond instructions written in Chinese and then translated into "Chinglish".
