2013 Police Motorcycle Training Class-May 11, 2013

The date is May 11th, 2013.

This course is a fundraiser for the KCMO Police Foundation (a 501c3 organization). The money raised will helps purchase equipment for the officers that are not in the city budget.

The chief motorcycle instructor of the KCPD Motorcycle Squad and his staff will be teaching the course.

To this date, the KC BWM Motorcycle Club is the ONLY group that has been allowed on the track at the police academy and there has been a lot asking.

I believe the price will be $50 (but that is subject to change) and will include a BBQ lunch.

Sure. Near the bottom of the form you use to post is an "attachment" section where you can upload a file to include in your post.

NOTE that this is not the recommended way to share photos on RideForum. A few folks use the attachment feature that way, but 2 things. 1) It does not show the photo in your post--it provides a link that people have to click to see your photo. 2) Your photos sits on my server burning space. I am not a photo-hosting service nor do I want to be. Instead, you should upload your photos to any of the fine online photo services then link or embed your photos here in your post.

This course is a worthwhile course given by the instructors of the KCPD Motorcycle squad. No matter what your skill level or bike you will come away with useful tips.

I've taken this course twice before and it is VERY good. I highly recommend it. Without a doubt I'm a better and safer rider today because of those 2 days of training.
