Trailer

Pull up a couch. It's cool in the Lounge. Just remember to be a good neighbor.

Trailer

Post by ajayhawkfan »

Does anyone have a motorcycle trailer that I could borrow, rent or buy?

I'm going to Texas in February and will be hauling two bikes. I could use my pickup but a trailer pulled by my Expedition would be much more comfortable.

Sure... I have a good two bike trailer that you can borrow. Not one of those featherlight motorcycle only trailers but still works perfect for two bikes. I will post up a picture tonight if your interested. Belton\Peculiar area.

Thanks Jim. I'm not a fan of the lightweight trailers either.

Here is the trailer. Everything is in perfect working order. Don't use it much during the winter. My 990 fits fine as well. I believe it is 6'x8'.

Jim, by any chance does it have a spare? I have learned from experience not to travel without one.

Yeah no spare. Tires are new (2 years or so) and in great shape. Your right though... never know what you might pick up on the road. It is available if you decide you want it. Just give me a week or so notice as I at times travel a lot for work and I'm not always in town. 2" ball and standard 4 way trailer lights.

I'm not sure my wheel chocks are heavy enough for GSes. If thumper hauling I'd let you use my 6x10 enclosed, good tires & spare, 2" ball and flat wiring plug, no brakes. :)
