Honda used to be a motorcycle company you could count on for top notch bikes.
They finally introduce a 250cc dual-sport.... yawn.
I guess it does have FI and a six-speed trans. But 23 hp and 314 lbs dry weight?

Better HP than the KLX and almost an inch lower seat height. Somewhere around the same price.
Longer stroke motor for better torque than the FI Yamaha WR and matches the advantages of injection. Cheaper than the Yamaha.
Shorter riders who want a dependable, technically advanced, low maintenance bike for 50/50 on and off road will probably line up for it.
