I stopped in at N-Motion Yamaha in Wichita today while goofing off for Veteran's Holiday. An old buddy of mine I haven't seen in a couple years is co-owner of the place so I wanted to check it out. He wasn't there at the time but I figured I'd just wander the showroom for a few minutes....I didn't make it much futher than the front counter. Right behind the counter sat three BEAUTIFUL street legal machines: An Aprilia RXV 450 Enduro, Aprilia RXV 550 enduro and an Aprilia SXV 550 Super Moto ! They look similar to the Husky TEs in style but with KTM like colors. They all have a 77 degree V-twin engine that crank out some monster horsepower and torque. I didn't really want to,

but they finally convinced me that it was ok for me to take the SXV 550 Motard out for a spin.

I'll say this...it's a damn good thing I didn't have one of my zero-balance credit cards in my back pocket!! TRACY: Don't even think about it...you have too many bikes already!
Anybody have experience or knowledge to share on the Aprilia bikes? Of all bike manufacturers they have to be the one I know the least about. I plan on buying a new bike sometime next year. I want my next bike to be fuel-injected so I now have three top contenders to choose from: Husky TE450, BMW G450X and the Aprilia RVX 450

The models I saw today were '08s and the USA versions have a trick looking dual exhaust that hides up under the rear fender.
