I have to be honest and admit that I really need to work on good technique. I've been injured twice in the last 18 months while riding. Both of them were stupid mistakes on my part where I got out of control. There have been plenty of other episodes where my incorrect reaction got me in trouble. Luckily, my mistakes don't always end in injury.

Living in the middle of a concrete jungle makes it hard to get real practice time in. By the time I get to a riding area, I want to just go ride. Hopefully this year I'll dedicate time to becoming a better rider.
