AAH DANG!! At first glance I thought you were inviting us over for a Chili Feed! :P ...you're just wanting a recipe.

I'm pretty sure you don't want the Chili recipe from over here, it's not much to jump up and down about.
Beans
Meat
Stewed tomatoes
Chili Powder
Water
YEAH

I do this in a large pressure cooker. The type you use to heat up lots of jars when canning. You can reduce the recipe. If no PCooker, replace raw beans with canned, cooked beans. I like to mix types of beans for flavor and color.

Here goes:

Note: once it goes in the pot, it stays in the pot. Medium heat.

Chop 4 onions. Add 1/4 cup olive oil and a few Thai hot peppers. Add in 4 or 5 cloves of chopped garlic and about 3 thumbs worth (ginger the size of 3 thumbs) of sliced ginger. Saute until onion is soft. Add a few tablespoons of chili powder and 4 lbs ground beef. Brown. Add 1 large can (Sam's Club large ... size of a lage coffee can) of chopped/diced tomatoes. Add one can of water. Add 2/3 can of raw beans. Blacks, browns, and pintos mixed together works nicely. Bring to a boil, stirring. Put on pressure cooker lid, pressure cook for about 40 minutes. Reduce heat once steam is escaping. Let cool in place.

Eat what you want, freeze the rest.

Dam dude....I dont think I have had your chili. That sounds good. No P cooker though. I cooked mine in the Crockpot tonight. It wasnt bad but I need to spice it up a bit. Dad used up all the bear meat and Rick didnt shoot a bear this year so no bear chili this year :( Went with the ol standby.....deer.

Try ground turkey instead of ground beef. It addes a unique flavor, but everyone will still think it is ground beef. My mom did this and three years ago won the annual chili cook off at the fire station!

Healthier, too.

I would use venison, but haven't taken the time to learn/go deer hunting. Perhaps next year.
