I would be all over going down there D. Even just to watch the race. If your ever interested, let me know. I do believe there is riding down there for anyone. Not just stuff like you see on the race. Maybe April Fools ride down there some year????

That was a cool video---what a great setup on that property. Of course I've got basically the same thing in my backyard except without the jumps and all within about 4000 sq ft.
