Any riders close to Ft. Scott, Iola, Mound city? I'm interested in finding a group to ride with on occasion. My beast is a 2007 KLR 650. Riding can be anything from DIRT to pavement.

I don't personally know of any riders in that area, but there must be. There is a guy named Chris in Altamont, KS--65 miles or so South of you. If you don't know about it, check out the http://www.backroadstouring.org/kansas group. They do some rides around the Southern Flint Hills that would be not too far for you. You are sure welcome to cruise up this way for a ride sometime. (I'm in the Kansas City Northland.)

I live in KC but have a place between Devon and Mapleton. I ride around there whenever I can. Riding around Mound City Lake is wonderful.
I see you are from Kincaid, I have a place by Blue Mound also. That entire area has some great riding!
