Is the pool big enough?

I'm putting an offer in on this house. Wondering if you guys think the pool is big enough. Also, should I keep the soccer field or convert it into pasture for horses?

OK...so seriously--WHAT THE HECK?! WHO lives here?! Can you imagine the bill to put a new roof on this place?!
