Carducci Dual Sport

Pull up a couch. It's cool in the Lounge. Just remember to be a good neighbor.

Carducci Dual Sport

Post by troy »

Geno, this one's for you! An AMERICAN MADE dual sport motorcycle.

One man's quest to create a dual sport motorcycle from a Harley Sportster. It is available for purchase--one rumor says it will set you back over $70K?!

I think it's cool for sure, and I sure wouldn't mind riding it, but heavy and expensive. What I'd really like to see is for someone to take full advantage of latest technology to create an ultimately light, powerful, durable, and capable dual sport motorcycle. Unfortunately, we are too small of a niche for the multi-million dollar investment! So instead, we get most manufacturers offering us 20+ year old technology and design. :(

Its cool, but not $72k cool. A person could spend $25k on a new 1190R or bmw gs with room for some add ons, and then have a $52k left over for a life time of dualsport vacations and weekends.
