Especially if you follow me and capture my almost constant goof-ups.

Which one did you get?

It's a Bell & Howell 720p HD 480p 5 mega pixel whatever the hell that means. I haven't even taken it out of the packaging yet. Where is the best place to mount it so I don't land on it when (not if) I crash.

I rode a week of singletrack in CO this summer and 4 guys were running GoPros. We found that the chest mount is the best. There is a kit you can buy or I suppose rig something yourself.
