Anyone say "target fixation"? Moto appears to me to have fixated on the cyclists ...

If you look up Target Fixation...... that video should be what you see. The rider was almost straight up and down with no lean when he hit the bikes!
That said, I get that bicycle riders, which I am one, have a right to be on that road, but you would have to hold a gun on me to get me to ride one there.
