JUST found out about Rush Springs in Missouri. It is about 40 miles S of Joplin, MO and 20 miles N of Buena Vista, AR

http://www.rushspringsranch.com

Apparently it is more of a horse trail & camping place but have trails open to motorized use. Nice cabin options. They claim about 30 miles of trails for motorized use. It's not cheap at $20 to $25 per day with group and membership discount options. They also state NO LOUD QUADS OR BIKES. I agree with this statement, but "loud" is subjective. I wonder how they gauge the sound level and where they draw the line.
Rush Springs website wrote:Are you looking for somewhere new and exciting to test out your off road skills. We have any kind of trail your looking for fast and flat, slow rocky/almost impossible and everything in between. We also have a gravel pit for playing around and testing your rides. Give us a call to shedule and come out for a ride. Day pass $25/person. Family discounts are available. Come out and picnic or camp. We are open to ideas and suggestions for events. We are considering a competition track. Special pricing now untill bathrooms are completed. ATV - $20/Day 4X4 - $25/Day . Ask Russ (trail boss) about our memberships, pricing and special weekend deals. Due to recent noise problems we will no longer be allowing the really loud racing quads/bikes. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

30 Miles of Trails available on the weekends for all levels of off roading!
COME CHECK IT OUT!
I'm sure it's a great place, but I'm not sure why I'd go here when I can go to Chadwick. Have any of you been to Rush Springs? If so, post up your experience. 8)

I also just found out about it and live within a couple hours of it. Its on my hope to ride this winter if we can catch anymore of those nice warmer weekends like what we have been spoiled with. More options is better!

Also another place to ride right by Joplin is a place called Snowball, which was called J&D Offroad park when they had a facebook page about the place. It cost $15 a day and is on an old zinc mine. Fun for a day of riding, but have to be careful of some places where locals were dumping trash on the place before J&D bought the lease.
