I have not been able to figure out how to post a picture from my iphone to this or any forum.
Can someone help me out?

The problem (I assume) is simply that the iphone does not support the local file browser that all web browsers use to select the local file you want to upload.
So a workaround would be to use whatever app/method/etc you have to upload the photo to an online photo album. Then, link that image in your forum post rather than upload directly to the forum. Still a hassle of course.
