Amazing it is the 11th year they have been doing this ride. All dirt, a tag is nice but not required. Some of the best trails in the world here. Unless it is -12...count me in.

Now one of you high rollers with an RV pipe in so we have a place to sleep!

Mo are you going or just talking about it? I'm considering, but I not into the "race" thing. You know me I'm a girly man pace type of guy.

If a couple of KC guys make it...I am in. This is a ride at your own pace and we can just explore. I heard they are going to have some new maps of the trails int he area...so we can just trail poke and explore some new places. There is LOTS of primo single track that is not gnarly at all. White Rock has some great riding...it is just hard to find.

As far as being committed...if it is 30's+, I am in...if it is ice and 18...not so much.

From what I get, they are camping at White Rock and riding all the trails at Mill Creek. right??? If so you can camp at Mullberry Im sure. Have hot showers and still not be that far way from Mill Creek. Run right up to FLy gap and take the Highline trail to Mill Creek. Or the road down to Mill Creek. Still you get hot showers at Mulberry and hookups for $12-15 a night.

No, they are camping at the Razorbacks private facility. We have ridden right past it a dozen times...it sits down int he valley...really nice area, but RIGHT on the creek. I assume the creek is axle deep in the winter, because come spring time that sucker gets DEEP.

Sean is right, Hayden....remember when we exit the Mill Creek system and head north on the gravel road that turns into pavement before dumping us onto 16 where we eat and get gas in Combs? Well, along that gravel section there is that large campground in the valley that is privately owned by the Arkansas Razorbacks moto club. At least once while we were there riding, we saw lots of RV's and motos in there. As I understand, those guys do a tremendous amount of work maintaining the trails we enjoy.

I don't know if I can make this work for me but I'd like to try:

I'm thinking about maybe using a vacation day March 2 and doing a DS ride from the Razorback Riders camp to Union (north of Hagarville) and back.

I'd guess about 180 to 200 miles, 10 hours if we hustle.
Leave early, lunch at Oark, pie and coffe at Catalpa, snack at the Red Barn, back to camp before dark.
Creeks will need to be at their normal February low tide to do the whole ride.

What else could be better for your butt after riding two days of rocks at White Rock?!

Visit historic sites!!!

Any takers?
