I haven't been able to squeeze much riding in this year, so I am itching to get out and run some fuel through the KTM.
Nothing formal or organized ...just show up and ride!

Wish I could come, but should be in an air plane most of that day. Have fun!

I really itching to ride trails as well, but I'm afraid if I were to go I'd really be itching.

Not to worry Guys! I went out to the trails after work today in my gym shorts and flip flops and weed-whacked all the poison ivy plants with my gas trimmer...should be good to go.

You on for the DS ride the next day? That would make an awesome weekend of riding. Bash School Creek and then bash whatever Troy has in mind for a DS ride.
BTW. Rick said he is getting the first KTM 250 Freeride available. Anyone want to head to Arkansas with me to try it out?

What? Protective flip flops and shorts? No bare feet on your footpegs? Naked on your seat? What kind of Manly Man are you anyway?

That's the way I was a few years ago when they were little. I was getting out and going for DS rides. Last season I was going for short DS rides with one of them on the back of the KLR. That was/is a fun experience and I really enjoyed it. Now that they're bigger and enjoy riding I find us riding more dirt so they can get out and have fun "on they're own". I don't know if that's the trend or if I just don't like feel like doing much DSing this year.
To get back on topic, I doubt I'll go ride at SC. It is horribly overgrown here and I bet SC is the same.

Due to an absentee, one case of botanophobia, a really good chance of thunderstorms and a general lack of interest most people would cancel the ride.
Not me, I am going riding anyway. Plan to be out on the trails about 9:30 AM and will ride most of the day or until I get bored.

Well, how was it?
No bike riding for me today. Chores, errands, etc. My son and I did manage to dig out a couple R/C's we have and burn some nitro though. AHHH, smells so good!

Here are all the pictures from my ride yesterday:
That's right, there are no pictures because I sat at home watching it rain all day.
