Troy,
I noticed you are signed up for the WUDI ride this year. Do you go every year? I have been the last 4-5. If you do go this year lets paln on hooking up for a ride. The company I work for is going through a big IT conversion this spring\summer\fall but I plan on making sure I get off for this weekend. Planning on buying a buddies '09 300xcw this week so guessing that will be my first real chance to tear it up.
Jim
Does anyone else from this site make this ride?

Re: WUDI
Hey, Jim!
For those that don't know, WUDI is a gnarly off-road ride event in Arkansas. This year it is scheduled over the April Fool's weekend. It's sort of invitation-only, but I suppose anyone is free to ask to be part of it.
I've never attended a WUDI, but have been aware of the ride for a few years now.
I ride in the Mill Creek and White Rock Mtn areas a lot, but these guys are supposed to know some good stuff that perhaps I've not stumbled onto before. Several guys I know and ride with are attending and have in the past. Every year they tell me I should go, so I plan to make it for 2012.
I and some buddies have booked a cabin rather than camping at the Razorback club grounds. We have an all trail route from the cabin to the campground to keep things interesting!
I'm planning to go out on that Thur morning to ride Thur afternoon, Fri, Sat, & Sun. I'll touch base with you, Jim, closer to the event to coordinate if you want.

Re: WUDI
Sounds good. We usually leave Thursday after work. Then ride every day and night until Sunday and pack up Sunday morning\afternoon and head home.
BTW
There is no need for an invitation. John always says it is open to anyone that wants to come. Below is a link to more details. Bring your gps with tracking turned on and the locals will show you all of the good single track
