Just bought a 06 ktm 525. How many miles and hours are on your bike. Mine has 270 hrs. and 10,200 miles. The majority were "Super moto" miles. Don't know if thats a positive or not. One friend said its probobly ready for a "freshening up" soon. Didn't want to hear that.

Looking to get out this weekend, Is there any chance all this precipitation went around Topeka and Oakland??? Can anyone give me some recon??

Sorry for the delayed resply ( 4 months) . Don't know how many hrs . just got it back from shop. Had them check valves. They said they were loose. That and a slow leak front tire, $180 American dollars. Looking to ride tomorrow. Grain Valley MX is open.

I also have a 2010 rm-z 250, previously owned by a family that does a lot of motocross. So, I like you , was nervous, BUT it has been a blast to ride. No issues.

I have a FI bike, even though I love my 2 stroke (CR250). The four stroke seems like the best opportunity for good performance. I don't want to feel like selling my 2 stroke.

I showed up with about 25 other riders. conditions were great in the woods and real dry in the open area. To bad they are going to shrink it. It would be a good place for those with new riders.
