Re: April 3-6, 2008: April Fool's Ride in Arkansas!
I was thinking that I was going to have to miss this years ride. On March 1st I injuried my back and could barely get out of bed. A lot of good meds and PT and I'm on the road to recovery! I only have a little pain down my leg in the mornings, so I might be able to make the ride after all :D I just ...

Re: New bike for Troy? DR350SE for sale?
Hi Troy, I agree with all the posts here, it's a new model with a new frame, EFI and owner (BMW). Hang in there and all will be okay, remember positive mental attitude (PMA) :D Stu, I second the Renazco seat! I was one of the first mods I did and I'm glad I did it, not cheap but well worth it. If yo...

Looks like this is something I would enjoy as well... my kind of folks! It appears to be about 300 miles from KC so that is about 4 1/2-5 hours one way and only 2 1/2 from St. Louis Let me check the schedule and we can throw some dates, but I'm thinking May too.

Speaking of two groups, Troy, you will be in the racer wannabe group with me, especially now that Husky announced today that Scott Sommers will be heading up a team of two young bucks to contest the GNCC series. Now that you have one of their best hot-shot bikes we expect nothing less of you. You a...

Re: New bike for Troy? DR350SE for sale?
There is probably a waiting list for old 5 gallon flush toilets as well. Stu Wow, that was a low blow. Troy's DR 350 was a trusty stead that did everything he asked of it. I'm sure it took several sessions with his therapist to be able to get over the seperation! Another way to think about it is Tr...

I manage contracts for the government and when I do a cost estimate I usually apply a 3-4% increase annually. But you are right Ebay is setting you up to fail those bast#@&s! Hey Joe do you sell Husqvarna parts???? Besure and post your new acution site so we can take a look. Keep up the good fight!

Joe this sucks! I will boycott ebay for a week, damn the man! I guess your only recourse is to take off their 1-800 number and pass the increase costs on to the buyers, since you can't say anything bad about them... Sounds like an opportunity for someone to create a new website for motorcycle/auto p...

I believe the pre 2005 Huskys have/had issues with the valves. Troy and I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service we receive from Halls cycles in Springfield,IL. I would call and talk with someone there about a 2003 TE 610. Also check out Thumber Talk forum a wealth of information can...

Try ground turkey instead of ground beef. It addes a unique flavor, but everyone will still think it is ground beef. My mom did this and three years ago won the annual chili cook off at the fire station!
