BAD NEWS! I got the bike and gear loaded up then got the call--Shane Watts was injured riding today. The school is cancelled of course. The injuries sound bad as in "several broken vertebrae". The caller said he was flown to Kansas City.

Ajayhawkfan knows the roads between the KC metro and Pittsburg better than anyone else on this forum I'm sure. If you've got time to do some exploration down there, he knows some great roads with tons of creek crossings.
